Traditional American breakfast and menu. They feature generous portions and some really unique specialties. The service is first class! I really enjoy the whole experience, But it can get busy if you go late in the morning. They make a three item omelette that is really excellent. My favorite.
The food is always excellent! Ava was a great server…very attentive and friendly. Also, I love that you have Diet Dr. Pepper! It’s hard to find at restaurants.
The food was so yummy. I had the special it was chicken piccata and my guy had the raviolis. The food was so so yummy and we got to color on the table.
When we visit this area from NJ, we like coming here for lunch. The staff is always smiling and happy to serve you. Carla, was energetic and had a big smile to serve us. Nice spot, nice people.
Our customers service here was top notch. The staff seemed to really enjoy working here and it showed in our service. Our waiters super helpful and gave great recommendations. Great portions sizes that fit the price of menu items. The garlic bread was phenomenal, the lasagna delectable, meatballs were huge and flavorful. Honestly there wasn't a pasta dish we had there that wasn't good and had a pleasantly surprised good clam chowder as well. Overall, a nice family eatery that will fill you up and with such wonderful customer service will have you coming back.
Always a great time at dancing tomato, the food is always tasty and consistent in quality! their garlic bread is amazing! i do love that they have a rewards program now and honestly it's one of the better ones! please support local!! i get olive garden is next door, but dancing tomato is still standing which speaks to its quality :)
Visited March 21st..see receipt. Drove into Yuba City from Grass Valley today...missed breakfast by 5 minutes! I am glad we stopped here! There is so many options..daily specials..dinner specials..senior menu..happy hour specials. It's large inside and also has a separate bar area. Full bar. I had the cod and fries and my friend had the hamburger and clam chowder. The cod was crunchy and the seasoned fries were nicely seasoned and crunchy as well. The burger was a basic burger with no frills . Alittle dry but still good. Clam chowder was chunky and really good. They also have specialty coffee drinks and I had a cappuccino to go. I also ordered the cheesecake to go. We were both happy with the food and service. Although very busy they were adequately staffed and Sarah our server was great and polite! It is nicely decorated with booth seating in some spots. It has a colorful vibe to it! Next time I am in the area I am going to get one of their breakfast specials ( good until 11am). If you download the app you get 10 bucks off for signing up ( I didn't do that). Good for groups as well! Thumbs up!
Well...The way I see it, with a name like Dancing Tomato Caffé it's not only going to be good, but a town favorite as well. And, I hate to say it, but I was wrong, it wasn't good... It was Spectacular! The food was Amazingly Delicious! The service was exceptional at every point of our visit. So, if you're looking for a place to call ..home away from home, and have a home cooked meal like your at Grandma's house on Thanksgiving, with a menu so vast that everyone will be pleased, then you've found it. We tried the deep fried brussels sprouts (appetizer) and it was excellent! Chicken cordon bleu was great (huge portion). The fajita steak sandwich was great, but I think it would be better if the steak was run through a slicer, so it would be easier to bite through. Service was very fast and waitress was super friendly.
Everything tastes like it’s made from scratch, good quality food a reasonable price. We usually have the same thing pizza & steak sandwiches, creamy Chicken soup is absolutely amazing. Today we decided to get the Polenta on the appetizer menu- Wow! Decent, creamy & rich taste, definitely worth ordering. Kaleigh was our waitress and made sure we had everything we needed & kept our soda refilled.
